1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ak666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ak666 website at https://ak666.app and the ak666 mobile application. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on ak666, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account on ak666. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, ak666 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ak666 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods on the platform. Third-party payment processors, bank transfers, and international payment methods are not currently supported.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your ak666 balance instantly upon confirmation from the mobile banking provider.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

ak666 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ak666's control. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

Deposits made to ak666 are for the purpose of betting and gaming only. ak666 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Funds held in your ak666 account are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets unless otherwise specified.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ak666 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on, as well as the general betting rules in this section. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a bet.

• Bets are final once confirmed. ak666 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of obvious technical error.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, ak666 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.

Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance.
